What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your family, understand your concerns, and establish a clear picture of your oral health. Depending on your needs, the appointment may include digital X-rays, a comprehensive examination, a periodontal evaluation, an oral cancer screening, and a professional cleaning. We’ll explain our findings clearly, answer your questions, and discuss any recommended care without making you feel rushed.
To help your appointment go smoothly, please bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card, if applicable, a list of current medications, allergies, and medical conditions, and any recent dental X-rays you have. Parents should also bring this information for each child visiting our office.
Insurance, Membership, and Payment Options
We want the financial side of dental care to feel clear and manageable. Santa Rosa Beach Family Dental is in network with several major insurance providers and accepts many additional PPO plans on an out-of-network basis. Our team will file claims as a courtesy and provide a clear breakdown of expected costs before treatment begins.
Patients without insurance can join one of our dental membership options. Membership fully covers included routine preventative services and provides 20% savings on restorative and cosmetic treatment. We also offer external payment plans through Cherry, CareCredit®, and Proceed Finance®, allowing qualified patients to divide treatment costs into manageable payments over time.
